Will and his trusty chain saw. To preserve the beauty and integrity of the site, we cleared only what was absolutely necessary and positioned our house amidst some beautiful oak trees.

Now we're getting somewhere! Here's our new road leading to the site of our future house. This called for a joy ride in the wheelbarrow. The land rested under a blanket of snow as we designed and planned for our new home to begin construction in Spring/Summer 2009.
